this type of move are governed by the Mississippi Public
Service Commission. These rates are based on the weight
of the shipment and the distance that the shipment is
moving. Mississippi Van Lines will be happy to come to
your residence and give you an estimated cost for your
intrastate moving needs. We do not charge for this
estimate. Current Public Service Commission rules do not
allow movers to give binding estimates or discounts on
intrastate moves, so a visual estimate is the best way to
